I am riding cross country and was having an issue with my drivetrain. These guys stopped what they were doing and immediately took my bike to determine what was going on with it. Fixed it and tried to comp me the service so I spent some good money on some merchandise. This is a great shop. Great selection of clothing and accessories. The guys that work there are the best

Best bike shop in Pocatello! The staff is very accommodating and the friendliest people around. They are really fast when fixing my bike and you can’t even compete with the prices. Definitely go here first before going to any other bike shop!

Such amazing customer service! I’ve been to a few other bike shops in town and by far this is the best service I have received. The prices are awesome and so far, I haven’t seen better pricing in the Pocatello area. Not once did I feel less-than for one of my questions, even though I’m a complete newbie. This is the best place to buy a bike, bike accessories, or just get your ride tuned up! I can’t wait to hit the trails and then come back for more goodies this spring!

I got my suspension serviced, and new tires installed here. They did a great job and it was at a reasonable price!

We love CBI! They have always been so welcoming and professional. We came in today with a flat tire unsure how to change one correctly. They welcomed us and showed us how to change the tube, without judgement. As new bike riders, it is much appreciated!! CBI will be the place I go for all my bike needs.

Excellent communication, timely, and great staff. Have worked with the IF shop for service, to identify and fix a prior tricky mechanical. Great to work with on the new bike, as well!
